Today I woke up to find my Patreon account had been “temporarily suspended” and that I had to email support to find out what to do. Which I have since done and I’m currently awaiting to hear back but was given the generic “we’re really busy it might take a while to get to you” email from them for now.
As far as I’m aware I’ve been following all of the rules, the only thing I’ve changed recently is that I’ve started posting Google Drive links instead of uploading the content directly to Patreon. This was mostly to save me time but also to hopefully be more convenient for my Patrons. And if that’s why I’ve been suspended I’ll be a little annoyed.
But with this suspension and uncertainty I’ve been thinking more seriously about moving away from Patreon and focusing solely on OnlyFans (which I have started to upload to on a regular basis). My current thought is that I’ll adjust my Patreon so that it’s only SFW content and will only be $1 and then everything else will be moved to my OnlyFans which is $15. I understand it’s quite a jump price wise but that’s due to the way income is worked on OnlyFans.
For the time being this is just a thought but depending on what Patreon say when support gets back to me this may be the future of my content. Obviously I’d love to hear opinions so I can make sure I take everything into consideration before making any final decisions.
In the meantime I apologise for any inconvenience and hopefully this suspension will be resolved shortly.
